By using this website, you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

Our Terms and Conditions supersede all prior terms and conditions and warranties to the extent permitted by law.

AMENDMENTS TO OUR GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pomegranate Décor reserves the right to change our General terms and Conditions without notice.

Such changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our website means that you have accepted these revised Terms and Conditions

 

REGISTRATION

Anyone can purchase from us. Users are not required to register – however if you are an Interior Decorator or Retail Store,  please e mail dean@pomegranatedcor.co.za

 

MAKING A PURCHASE

To purchase any of our items browse our shop, click on the items you wish to purchase and click on the Add to Cart button to put them in your shopping cart.

Once you have finished shopping, click the Checkout Button.

All prices quoted on the website are INCLUSIVE OF VAT AND DELIVERY.

We only deliver within the borders of South Africa – customers residing outside South Africa are welcome to purchase on our website, provided a delivery address is provided within South Africa.

Upon checkout, you will be directed  to the payment gateway for easy and secure payment of your shopping. 

The site also accepts Credit/Cheque Card payments and Instant EFT  payments into our bank account.

 

DELIVERY

Pomegranate décor only delivers within the borders of South Africa.

All our collections are outsourced to both The Courier Guy and Campos Transport.

We cannot by the extent permitted by law, be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any acts or omissions  of these nominated companies, their agents and / or affiliates.

Should you require a delivery follow up , such enquiry should be directed directly through Pomegranate Décor.

 

LEAD TIMES

Stock items will be delivered within 3 – 4 days

Items painted to customer specifications will be delivered within 3 – 5  days.

Furniture items which are made to order will be delivered within three weeks . This lead time may vary due to production schedules , and any such change will be communicated to you by e mail.

We do not dispatch items on Saturdays or Sundays or public holidays.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

A POD / Proof of Delivery  note needs to be signed upon delivery to the client , accepting that the entire order was received in good condition.

Pomegranate Décor cannot be held liable for any damages not reflected on such POD.

If you are unhappy with an item , simply send it back to us ( in its original condition and packaging ) within 7 days of receipt.

Packing and delivery costs are  unfortunately direct costs which cannot be refunded

 

Should any Made to Order Furniture Items be flawed on receipt ( and provided this has been stated on the POD/ Delivery Note )we will endeavour to repair or replace such item.

All valid claims are subject to the assessment of Pomegranate Décor and decisions are made at the discretion of management.

A full refund will be applicable should we be unable to repair or replace the item within 30 days.

The cost of returning the goods will be for your account, and you will remain responsible until such returned goods reaches our offices.

CANCELLATION

No order cancellations are accepted once proof of payment has been received.
